Who is RE:TOUCH?

Hi there! 

We are Amanda & Minea the founders and writers of RE:TOUCH. Together we started this blog to draw attention to the beauty of being your true self in this very polished world on social media.

We are critical in our look on retouching, filters and photoshopping in both print and digital media - with this being said, our articles do not reflect everyone's reality nor represent all women, men or transgendered people on social media.

Our main question is:

Should Denmark follow our Norwegian neighbor's and label retouched images (with a profitable intention) in commercials, magazines and on social media?

But until then, we have inspirational content on both brands that does not use photoshop or filters, and how to navigate on social media with a critical eye.

We are happy too se that our society is making some kind of progress everyday - this progress can be seen in the body positivity movement and within inclusion and diversity in the world of fashion.
